It is made out of solid core HT KD borer free finger jointed pine/spruce wood stile & rail, 2 layers of 2.5mm cross band veneer, 2 layers of 0.5mm face veneer on each side, impregnated with specified resin conforming to IS standard and hot pressed to make it strong and durable. Doors are IS:2202 (part I) certified.

Door thickness available from 30mm, 32mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm and 54mm.

B. Laminated flush doors

High-pressure laminated sheets are used to make laminated flush doors. Laminates are beautifully made artificial materials, they may be used to create decorative patterns or colours on the door's surface, and their durability assures that the doors will last long.
